World Premiere – Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park

I designed the world premiere production of Dead Accounts by Theresa Rebeck in Cincinnati before it made its appearance on Broadway.

The play starts with a banker from New York fleeing the city after a scandal at the bank owned by his wife’s family. He has come back to his childhood home in Cincinnati in the middle of the night.

The play starts with his frenetic energy, and ends with an exploration of what it means to be a part of a family. The inspiration for the music came from a combination of Indie Music from Cincinnati and modern music for dance.  I wrote and performed all of the transition music in the play.
